new again

Ezekiel 37:1, 10
The hand of the Lord was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley, and it was full of bones. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.

In a vision, Ezekiel finds himself amongst dry bones which spring to life. This was God’s way of promising that He would make the broken nation of Israel new again. We all feel fractured sometimes by yesterday’s mistakes. If you’re constantly finding yourself beaten down by the past, remember, Jesus already took care of that at the cross. What’s done is done. God wants to restore you. Embrace your faith and be made new again.
